Evening excursion to El Alto to see the Cholitas (typical andean women) wrestling! An interesting and fun way to spend your day by experiencing something that only Bolivia can offer. The show goes on only on Thursdays and Sundays.

ITINERARYITINERARY
You will be picked up from your hotel/hostel (on Sundays) or from a meeting point (on Thursdays) in central La Paz approximately an hour before the show starts. You will be then taken to the Coliseo 12 de Octubre, in El Alto. The show begins at 17.30 on Thursdays and 16.30 on Sundays. It lasts around 1 and a half hours and you will be back to the centre of La Paz later in the evening. For only 10$ you can upgrade to Supertour, which includes mask and t-shirt of the event as well.

Please note that pickups are only possible from central La Paz accommodations and only on Sundays. If you book for a Sunday but your hotel is not in the pickup area, then we will just arrange the pickup from our main office or we can also decide with you an alternative pickup point.
On Thursdays pickups will be from fixed meeting points as traffic in La Paz can be very hectic and it would take too long to drive through the city centre to pick up from each accommodation. If booking for a Thursday please still provide the information about your accommodation so we can arrange the pickup from the meeting point located closest to your hotel.
